November 2022:  HFS, Inc is excited to announce that our winter discount pricing incentives have begun!  In addition to the manufacturer's discounts, HFS will be offering early order incentives to promote sales going into year-end (see deadlines below). HFS will have a very limited construction/service schedule in 2023. It will be advantegous to book work early. We are also announcing our preseason inspection savings deadlines for continuous flow dryers and other equipment.  Several changes have been made to the discounts and preseason schedules;  Below is a summary.

BROCK BIN, BUCKET ELEVATOR, STRUCTURES AND HANDLING EQUIPMENT EARLY ORDER DISCOUNTS (10%):

• Nov 2 to Nov 30: 10%
• Dec 1 to Jan 5:   7%
• Bin package discounts available additionally on complete units
• EXPANDED SIZES! Program expanded this year to include up to 60' diameter bins and 22 narrow ring or 16 wide ring sizes.
• CUSTOMER LOYALTY REWARDS AVAIL ON COMMERICAL MATERIALS

BROCK DRYER/ AIR SYSTEM EARLY ORDER  (10%):

• Nov 2 to Nov 30:  10%
• Dec 1 to Jan 5:   7%
• Stand alone air systems: 10% additional

HONEYVILLE MATERIAL HANDLING EARLY  (6% ORDER):

• Additional 6% for order during Nov 2021
• Additional 5% for order during Dec 2021
• Additional 3% for order during Jan 2022

Brock continuous flow dryers: Booking early, allows us to better plan and helps save time, resources, and labor.  As a result, we pass these savings along to our customers. (These are the "checklists" that we do per your requests).  Contact us to get your discounted service work scheduled prior to Feb 1, 2023.

Pre-season site inspections scheduled before Feb 1, 2023 will qualify for additional savings on labor regardless of when the work is preformed.  Early scheduling allows for better planning and accommodation.  If you have service or repair work that you are considering after your bins are empty, it is advantageous to schedule prior to the deadlines.
